Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Powerconcept SRL (“Shop4Tuner”, “we”) processes your personal data in the Shop4Tuner mobile app and portal, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

Account data: first name, last name, company, email address, phone number.

Authentication data: password (hashed) and two-factor authentication settings (chosen method, phone or email).

Content you provide: ECU files and vehicle technical information, photos you may attach to a request, support messages.

Technical data: session identifier, push notification token and logs required for the security and operation of the service.

We do not collect location data and use no advertising trackers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Provide the tuning service (submission, tracking, file delivery): performance of contract.

Manage your account, authentication and security: performance of contract / legitimate interest.

Send notifications about your requests and handle support: performance of contract.

Comply with our legal and accounting obligations: legal obligation.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is hosted and processed by providers acting on our behalf, only as needed to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage), Resend (emails), Twilio (verification SMS), Pushover / Apple Push / Google FCM (notifications).

We do not sell your data and do not share it for commercial purposes.

5. Retention

We keep your account data and requests for as long as your account is active, then for the period required to meet our legal (notably accounting) obligations. Submitted files are kept for as long as needed for processing and your access, then deleted or archived per our internal timelines.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Exercise these rights at info@shop4tuner.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, account access is protected by two-factor authentication, and access tokens are stored securely on the device.

8. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to info@shop4tuner.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the last-updated date appears at the top. We will inform you of any significant change.
